The University of Tartu research dashboard is a virtual tool giving a novel overview of the research done at the university. Each research direction represents the activities of University of Tartu researchers working together to address a specific scientific issue. Depending on the institute, the work may be carried out in different units (research team, clinic, chair, laboratory, etc.). The dashboard brings together information on research directions and makes it convenient to analyse for both the university and external partners.
The colourful nodes in the chart represent research directions, and the black dots represent the people involved in the research. When you hover the cursor over the node, you see the name of the research direction. When you apply the filters on the right, only the relationships visible in the specific search are displayed.
